These Terms and Conditions govern use of this website and its contents.

All website content, including text, graphics, branding, and other materials, are owned by or used with permission by Green-Eyed Thief Gaming, LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without authorization.

By accessing or using this website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Site. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Green-Eyed Thief Gaming, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

• Such information is collected and controlled exclusively by the hosting provider 
• The Company does not control this information 
• Any such collection is governed solely by the hosting provider’s terms and privacy practices 

The Company does not deploy cookies or tracking technologies. However, essential technical cookies or logs may be used by the hosting infrastructure strictly for security, performance, or operational purposes.

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, designs, code, structure, and underlying concepts, is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. The Company does not endorse or control such websites and is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict of law principles.  Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

Because the Company does not collect or sell personal information, it does not offer mechanisms for access, deletion, or opt-out requests under California privacy law. To the extent any personal information is processed by third parties (e.g., hosting providers), such rights must be exercised directly with those third parties.

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings.
